Building on the experience gained from more than 70 years, Woods provides interior finishes, such as painting, floor covering, drywall, and acoustical. We also provide general construction services like metal studs, carpentry, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware. ​Target Flex Format, Ann Arbor MI

​Woods Construction was the GC for the Target Flex Format store in the State Theatre in Ann Arbor, MI, which received the AGC 2022 Build MI Award. The goal of this renovation was to retain the Art Deco elements within this vacant building, built in 1942, as part of the Ann Arbor State Theatre, but modernize the space to allow for updated package pickup, new technology, and updated retail/grocery options as a Target Flex Format style of store.
